Indonesia’s Green Jobs Conference (IGJC) 2026, organized by Bappenas and the GESIT project (GIZ), returns with the theme "From Commitment to Creation: Green Jobs in Action". This 4th annual conference aims to address the shortage of skilled workers in the green sector and align vocational education with future labor market demands across the energy, forestry, and circular economy sectors.

The event brings together stakeholders ranging from policymakers to international experts and will be held in a hybrid format (300 offline participants, with the rest joining online via video platforms and Bappenas' social media). To ensure inclusivity and security, the conference provides simultaneous interpretation (ID-EN), sign language services, and a GDPR-compliant registration system.

Leading up to the main event, IGJC 2026 features two exciting pre-event programs to engage academics, professionals, and the younger generation:

Indonesia’s Green Jobs Conference (IGJC) 2026 yang diselenggarakan oleh Bappenas dan proyek GESIT (GIZ) kembali digelar dengan tema "From Commitment to Creation: Green Jobs in Action". Konferensi tahunan ke-4 ini bertujuan mengatasi kurangnya tenaga kerja terampil di sektor hijau dan menyelaraskan pendidikan vokasi dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja di sektor energi, kehutanan, dan ekonomi sirkular.

Acara ini mempertemukan pembuat kebijakan hingga pakar internasional dan diselenggarakan secara hibrida (300 peserta luring, sisanya daring via platform video/medsos Bappenas). Untuk menjamin inklusivitas dan keamanan, rangkaian acara didukung interpretasi bahasa (ID-EN), layanan bahasa isyarat, serta sistem pendaftaran standar GDPR.
